you can't run away from the mortal gaze

those who do end up in shallow graves

anticipation and concentration only last

until suprise leaves your flag at half mast

to survive this world one must be as water

bend and flow, or see your life shorter

those who are stiff are stuffed

those who are tough are fluffed

be weak and overcome all enemies

be supple and absorb all energies

this is the key to attaining the flow

the harmony of life, to be in the know

easy promises gain little trust;

will you come round on tuesday and have dinner with us? will you come over and hang out tomorrow night?

YES YES YES YES YES. saying yes is easy. who says it isn't? its honouring your word that is difficult. people who have worked out to say no are not faced with this decision, they only have thoughts of missing out on what could have been, but they then accept these and move on.

i say yes, i dont want to miss out on anything. but when the time comes, i grow weary, i doubt, i try to find excuses to back out. i must honour my word, and make my word trust worthy. this is a most important thing to work on!
