Life is not too short. We just use that as an excuse to be able to do something that we know that we shouldn’t do, but because, “life is too short” we do it. My life could have been too short. But its not…my life in my eyes has been and will be an eternity long. I try to look at each day as a blessing from God above, a miracle that only He’d be able to pull off. Sure, I might have a bad day once in a while. I might think that there isn’t one reason why I should be alive today. But when I kneel down at night to pray, as I do every night, I realize that God has a plan for me…and for everyone in my life. Why should I live? Because Jesus allows me to wake up every morning, that is why. If He does that, then He must have plan for my life. I have my own angels up above, and right here with me. My best friends are my angels. They are there for me when I them the most. During the toughest times, I know that I am in their thoughts and prayers, as they are in mine, every night. We have so much to be thankful for, but in this world that we live in, we are always distracted by devilish things that we encounter on our journey to live our life through the one, and only Jesus Christ. We have to look past what we did today. If we dwell on what we did today…what will people think of us tomorrow? If we do something that we know is bad, why do we wallow? Why does it take us so long to realize what we did was bad? If we aren’t able to accept our mistakes it will take the people in our lives even a longer time to realize, that everyone makes mistakes. And everyone WILL make mistakes. It doesn’t matter how big, or how small the mistake is…it is still a mistake. Don’t ever say that you won’t make a mistake. And don’t spend you life fearing that you are going to make a mistake…because its plain and simple. YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE MISTAKES AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. Ha! If I had to live my life again, I would gladly make all the mistakes I made. I would make them earlier though, because eventually I would learn. One mistake will not kill you, the same mistake three times will not kill you, but the same mistake multiple of times, not realizing what you are doing, will kill you. Life will go on, don’t try to end it sooner, be grateful for what have, and make sure to thank the One who has blessed you with the best gift, and I know this one for a fact, life IS the best gift.
