I have decided to write my entries in Word from now on to prevent further loss of my insane ramblings. I'm all alone at home cos my mom is working and my dad has taken my brother shopping for a birthday present, I think he is getting an electric guitar lucky child. I just had a really good bath,(instructions from Jo [jobo]) for all girls (and guys who are intouch with their feminine sides) out there…… 1. Run bath at temperature you are comfortable with (no oils/salts/bubbles) 2. Get ur equipment ready… Soap, Exfoliating gloves, Razor(if necessary). 3. Tie up hair to keep it from getting wet. 4. Soap up the gloves and exfoliate lower legs rubbing in long strokes towards your heart.(this helps prevent cellulite) rinse legs DO NOT RINSE GLOVES 5. Repeat for upper legs until there is no more soap in gloves, rinse. 6. Re-Soap gloves and repeat for torso and if u can get someone to scrub ur back. 7. Rinse and shave if necessary. 8. Drain Bath and have a quick shower to get rid of all suds etc, alternate between hot and cold water. 9. Pat yourself dry and moisturise You will emerge feeling health, smooth and awake :) I think Lou is here but I dunno, I just heard the door. I don’t really have much to say, I had a really good sleep last night which is surprising as i slept for about 4 hours during the day and i had a cool dream it had just about everyone i know in it and i dont really remember much except that my locker number at school was 68 and I couldn’t find it and I used Ms. Hobson’s phone charger and almost missed the bus to go on some school trip. Oh and I was with Amanda Fryatt in a shop at the top of the school building.strange. Bye bye ps please comment :)
