As its Sunday and therefore family day i didn’t do too much interesting... Woke up at 10ish i think, washed, dressed, ate then piled into the car with my family and headed off to the Black Isle for this massive "biggest car boot sale in Scotland" run by MFR. charity trust cos my rents like to go to these things. Well my mum does anyway she tries to collect antiques. Fortunately, just about every "car boot" had a load of old CD's so i was kept busy for the best part of 3 hours. I must have searched through 100's if not thousands of CD's and all i managed to find was "The Very Best of Hip Hop" 2003 which is cool and eagle Eye Cherry - Desireless for 50p (its like 15 pounds at HMV!). Cool none the less. There were also the customary stalls run by over enthusiastic assistants who are determined to get you to buy rip-off “designer labels” and my favourite…the sock stalls. For those of u who know me this may be something new but I have something of a penchant for new socks, long ones short ones patterned ones plain ones, stripy ones spotty ones I just cant resist. There were two sock stalls! It was like my shopping heaven, I managed to persuade my mum that I needed new socks for the summer so I now have 6 new pairs of socks:) When we got home it was just general lazing about and then I watched Top Gear, it rocks lol I'm so sad. The car they had on it today was sooooooooo cool (cooler than sub-zero for those familiar with the show and its “cool wall”) It was an Aston Martin DB9… I think I'm in love! Then there is always my first love, Audi TT Cabriolet. Ha if only I could hope to reach that level of affluence. My mum is sitting leaning on the wall right beside me so I am taking the hint and assuming she wants to use the PC so I will be going. Bye Bye. PS im scared cos i have a Chemistry exam tomoz.
