man, so what's happened since I last posted... On Thursday, Alison helped me and mama out at "Lights On After School" or w/e at Bossee field. It was sooo cold! Then Alison spent the night and it was cool because I don't really hang out with her like I did in 8th grade, so it was nice to "catch up"..i guess you'd say. Friday, Mom bent over to get a tissue and did something to her back and every now and then will wail for like 3 seconds and then quit. it kinda scares me. Friday was Lee AND Candus' last day at sig! I'm so sad! It was a very emotional day! but they both assure me that we will see each other again!!! After choir friday, Almeta, Mom, Dad, and I went to Hacienda and then Almeta and I went jean shopping. We were making fun of the Columbus rules. (our choir is going to columbus to a workshop and they have a bunch of stupid rules). But mom is our chaperone so it's cool. NO RULES FOR US! but we went to old navy and saw adrian france there. she was like, "are you gonna buy stuff?!". ha Today I worked from 8-4 and tomorrow from 8-4....just like last weekend! JOY! I was so proud though! I finished my prep work! Jennifer usually gives me a number of lexans I need to get filled of shells but i never get them all done because it's usually about 12 and she's like "well, after you finish that lexan, quit cause they need you to start bussing." but today I got them allllll done! I was so excited! but i had too much grease in one of the four pan things so i needed to scoop it out of the full one and put it in the others. I had seen a guy do it before with a finger bowl cause it has a handle and stuff, so i get a finger bowl adn its working perfectly! then i start noticing a hole in the bottom of the bowl. it keeps getting bigger and bigger and i realize that the grease is melting it! so i stopped using it and was going to hit the bowl on the side of the pan to get all the extra grease off and it sticks to the pan! it forms into the shape it hit! it was that soft! i was so scared so i just threw it away! and the grease kept jumping up on me every now and then. it hurts. oh, and i also got to answer the phone! "Shylers Barbecue, can I help you?" This guy at work, D, probably 19-23 (i'm bad at guessing stuff like that), was like, "are you okay today?" and i said yeah but he looked skeptical. Later on, i was by the dishwasher and he said, "are you sure you're all right? You are really quiet today!" and i said, "yeah, i guess I'm just tired" and he said that he could relate to that but Whitney came in at one and was back in the prep room and said, "D, are you harassing my cousin?!" and he was like, "what?! you two are cousins?!?!?!" and had this extremely surprised look on his face. the whole rest of the day, every single time i saw him he would say, "i can't believe it!" or something along those lines. one time he said, "hey, ms. unbelievable!"...odd. and we got this new hose for washing dishes because something is supposively wrong with the one we have, but with this one, if you step on the hose, water comes out, and considering that about 25 feet of the hose is on the ground, it's pretty easy to step on. so anyway, they have the nozzle facing out towards the kitchen, not against the wall, so i stepped on the hose once and felt this extremely hot pain on my left side and saw a little dot of water on my shirt. later on, i stepped on it again, but harder, and my whole left side was soaked with this HOT water. it hurt at first, then felt nice, then cooled off and I just had a wet shirt on and it was freezing! it happened four times. stepped on by me twice, D once, and the dishwashing guy once. it sucked. and there were these two girls at table 12 (like that is any significance to any of you) and every single time i would glance over to them, they would be staring at me. not in my general direction, at me! i had to walk past them and they both had a dead on stare...it was creepin me out! Mariellen and Shannon just left my house. They had their kitty with them! Mariellen named it...well i dunno what but yeah. Mariellen said I looked like my mom. and they were making fun of pictures of my dad when he was younger, but they think he was hot (minus the glasses) and that weirds me out...YOU GUYS ARE SICK! HE'S MY DAD! haha. but i have a odd pic of them checkin the sex of the kitten. well i need to start winding down cause i gotta take a shower in the morning before work. I get up earlier for work then I do for school! JERKS! mk, bye!
