How was your day?

so you wake up from a phone call from your mom at ten... you lay around till 3... you decide to finally jump into the shower... after your shower, you dry your hair and head to choir practice... no one you like is there... everyone bugged the crap out of you... you leave after getting the third degree from your choir director... you walk to your car and go home... you park your car in the garage... you close the garage door... when you get out of your car, you hear this noise... almost like someone dripping liquid into a tin pan... it seems to be coming from your car, so you kneel down on the ground and look for anything unusual under your car... the smell of gas overwhelms you... you decide you won't feel safe with the car inside the house... so you open the garage back up and pull your car out... before you turn off the car, you notice that your clock isn't working... nothing showed up... 'oh well', you thought... maybe your dad can fix it... so you go back inside the house... you are sitting, watching the lifetime Friday night double feature ("Secret Temptation" and "Infidelity")... you suddenly get a craving for dairy queen... no, sonic... NO, Dairy Queen!... all you want is a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard.... so you hop into your car and start driving... then, you turn down Fuquay road and it's dark, isolated...if you just put a man with blood all over his shirt and hands, crossing the road, you'd be on unsolved mysteries... then you turn onto Newburgh road and notice that you can't really see the road in front of you... you wonder if your lights are turned on... then the lights on your control panel fade... your radio shuts off... you turn on your brights, and can tell that they are on, but you don't leave them on, fearing that you will blind the oncoming traffic... you press a button, and your radio comes back on, so you figure there was just a short in the radio... so at a stop light, you pull up really close to the car in front of you and notice that, in fact, your lights do work, but you figure you just couldn't tell... so you pull into the dairy queen parking lot... there are a lot of people inside and in the drive through, but you decide against getting out in the rain, so you wait in the drive through lane... your radio shuts off again... you can't see the control panel at all... you put your car into neutral to save a little gas... you pull up in line... you're next... you notice that the car is shaking, but probably no more than usual, but you just notice it more since you're scared/worried... then your car starts shaking even more... it sounds like you have your music on with the bass turned up to 100... you look behind you... long line... you decide your car is not safe and think you should pull over to a parking spot... then the car shakes even more than before... you look down... the oil and battery light flash at you like a tornado warning on the TV screen... then, it dies... you are stuck there, in your car, blocking the other 7 cars that are behind you from getting their dairy queen... you get out of the car... run to the car behind you, which happens to have their window rolled down... it's a guy in a safari hat and a girl... the guy is really nice and asks if you need help... you tell him that your car is dead and he offers to help... he helps you, after many complications and about 10 minutes, to get your car over into a parking space... he asked if you could call your parents... you told him they were out of town, but you said could call your cousin... he said that he'd be inside if you needed anything, and that he'd check on you after he got his ice cream if you were still there... you call your cousin... as you are talking to your cousin, your parents call, asking how things are... you get off the phone and just sit in your broken down car... you have the loneliest feeling... you start crying, but can't figure out why... so you suck it up, check the mirror, and get your stuff together... the nice guy and girl come back out to the car... you hear the guy say, "ask her if she's all right"... the girl taps on your window and says, "are you okay?"... you can't muster up any words, but simply nod your head... they get in the car and drive off... now, you really feel alone, even though you know your cousin is coming to get you... it's a looong 5 minutes... then, you notice your cousins white explorer... she parks next to you... you hurriedly jump out of your car, into hers... you feel safe... ....so, how was your guys' day?
