man. me and case are obsessed. and dont even bother leaving comments if theyre going to be rude. seriously. but we've spent like all day exercising. all of our free time is exercise. today we jogged 2 miles (one in the morning, one in the evening) and walked 1 mile (same). plus we did 40 minutes of a warm up (basically light aerobic exercise) and a half hour of random stuff ( 15 minutes of a step workout and 15 minutes of a dance workout). we're pretty much trying to lose a lot of weight. my goal is 20 lbs and case's is 10 lbs. she doesnt really need to lose it, but i definitely do. i wana be 110. and by the end of the summer, trust me, i will be! gotta go have dinner (chicken and rice), then ill probly work out again. : P!
