Inhale once...exhale....inhale another time....exhale again....inhale..exhale... inhale...exhale...do it 3 more times..and hold it on the seventh time rap your fingers around your throat and squeeze feel your blood rush to your head feel your legs weaken feel yourself weaken DROP! you wake up laughing and giddy, dont know who the hell you are where you are and what the hell your doing there. You remember again what you just did..you feel ashamed but u dont give a fuck...at least sometimes ...and then you do it again
