Jesse walked home, without Kelsey, without Aries, without his mind. He just couldn't shake the feeling of Aries smoking weed, or whatever she did. He was pissed off and couldn't care about anything, or anyone, other then Aries.
He ditched Kelsey at the soccer feild, where she told him to wait for her. He didn't tell her about the whole thing he saw with Aries, and he planned to keep it that way. Kelsey would just make it complicated.
The walk home seemed like forever, Jesse wasn't thinking and taking random streets that made the walk longer. It also didn't help the fact he was walked oober slow.
He wanted to know what she was thinking, what thoughts were going through her head. Nothing in life had ever come between them like this and Jesse had no way to fix it. Aries had drifted out of his reach, and his only fear was he wouldn't be able to catch her.
He finally got home and walked to the basement. He walked to the studio door and realised Aries was in the bathroom. He heard the toilet flush and the door unlock.
Aries walked out and saw her brother standing in front of the studio. Just starring at her, his eyes burning a hole through her skin.
"What the fuck are you looking at?" She said as she walked passed him and into their bedroom. He didn't bother following her, he just walked in the studio and picked up drumsticks.
Aries closed her little box and put it on her shelf. She had this box since she was five, it was dark wood, with a faerie carved into the wood. Everyone knew it was off-limits. It was her one form of privacy, and she needed now more the ever. The box was mainly filled with special notes and necklaces she didn't want to lose, it also held another secret.
At around six, Jesse was still crashing away on the drumset, it was his therapy, his anger release. All the anger he had was released into the drumset. He felt kind of sorry for it. He stopped to take a breather and he heard a knock on the door. Jesse walked out of the studio and opened the door.
"What are you doing here?" asked Jesse as he saw the blonde hair and drug-filled smell of Carter. Jesse had a stone cold look on his face. He didn't want this kid anywhere near Aries.
Even if she hated Jesse for it.
"I'm here to get Aries..." Carter just starred at this kid, he never really liked him.
"Jesse fuck off." said Aries from behind him. Jesse turned around only to see Aries, dressed in black pants and a black corset-like shirt on. He just starred at her.
"What the fu-"
"Don't even start." She said as she walked out the door.
He slammed the door and threw his drumsticks at the wall so hard they snapped. Jesse knew she was going to get hurt, but he couldn't stop it.
Carter and Aries walked off the court and down the street.
"What's up with that kid?" Carter asked Aries, she just shrugged her shoulders and shook her head. It was starting to get dark. They walked passed the school and turned onto the street just beside the bulding.
Aries could here loud music and she saw cars piling around a driveway. Already she could smell the sweet smell of pot and other various drugs in the air. He put his arm around her waist and they walked up the driveway.
