Today was so hot. I don't know about you, but I don't think I've ever used a snow day that well. Sledding, lubricant, snowball fights, greattt movie, Mema's, hot chocolate... what more could a girl ask for? It was pretty amazing. I don't think the district realizes how much happiness they bring to students from all the schools, not just the younger kids, when they choose to cancel school. We didn't have to worry about homework, what to wear, how to act, what's for lunch... just a day devoted to care-free fun. I spent my day on Katya's side of the city, and we did just about everything there was to do. I may even go so far as to say that this was one of the best days I've had in a long while. Three day weekends are off the hook. And tomorrow's going to be amazing too. Piano, gym, then CHICAGO with two of the coolest people around. I only hope that there will never be a discovery that snow is a carcinogen. I mean what? =)
