uhhh so it is almost 7 and i have yet to study or write a even the first paragraph for my lit paper. i keep finding distractions. i feel like i'm already out of school. this weekend was pretty low-key, which was nice but i'm hoping next weekend might be a little more..umm "exciting". i think i am not running cross country next fall. the team looks to be huge, like 50 girls, and i really don't want any part of it. i got almost no pleasure at all out of it last year and i even though i have been waiting since freshman year for my senior season, i really don't see how i could do it again. picking out the t-shirts and getting a blanket with my name on it or something is simply not worth the time and effort. i think i will do quiz bowl instead. i have a better chance of lettering in that. there is one other major plus to not running, aside from the obvious free time and avoiding, and that is i am free to fuck up my body as much as i want this summer. ahhh summer... i really cannot wait for this week to end.
