no school today. that's always cool. My friends and I went out to Applebee's for lunch, and it was fun, but not spectacularly so. I didn't have much money with me and I was tired so that wasn't so great... and my friend Jessica didn't show up because we left late and couldn't get in touch with her.. which sucked, because the whole point of the outing was supposed to be that we could all be together again. (and sans the Jessica-boyfriend!! I think he's not very nice...) sigh. oh well. It was still nice to do something. Afterwards we wandered around Wal-Mart because.. well I forgot why. I think it was because Megan needed some shoes.. but it was rather silly to go there since none of us had any money.. eh whatever. We just walked around, played with the toys, looked at the fishies, all that good stuff. And my weird frinds did weird-friend things as weird friends will do. I'm upset because they still didn't have stripey tube socks... how could you not have that!? They're supposed to be like, a staple of the sock world or something.. and NO ONE has them!!! grr.. I need red ones to go with an outfit I want to wear. c'mon.. I bought $30 boots and everything.. (hah.. well $30 is a lot right now.. :-p) I've had them since AUGUST.. and I've been waiting.. I was busy today. I typed up a bunch of old papers so I can read them now and make some corrections. I didn't realize how much I missed my writing. I used to use it as my outlet all the time.. and I cleaned my room too. well.. sorta. the problem with my room is that no matter how much you clean it you always make it worse.. somehow.. it is better now though. I can actually SIT in my chair now.. wohoo.. :-p and I can ALMOST see my desk.
