so its that time of year again. and no one is ready for it. but when it comes to jump back into things, everyone is just too used to it. so, school is treating me pretty well. my teachers this year all seem pretty cool. i am a little freaked about being in the concert choir. i am worried about the work in english. ill probably do as well in pre-calc as i did in algebra (barely passing), but hollenbach seems like a good teacher. lunch is a blast. im having a great time with the people i sit with. things are looking up. the only thing that i think will bother me this year is that the bus ride is back to 45 minutes, which i purely blame on the damn freshman. maybe ill be able to hitch a ride with someone this year. by the time i get my license, all the good parking spaces will be gone, and i dont know if i want to pay $75 for how often i would use it. id rather split the cost of a pass with someone and pay for gas. oh well. i think thats it. Oh wait! one more thing...although its kind of whatever you want to call it, i call it sincere: thanks to my friends in choir for making me feel welcome! im really kind of intimidated to be with you guys, but you're really helping to make the experience a little less scary. thanks so much!! laur
