so i heard from some reliable source that its better to bottle in your anger... i was just wondering if people find that to be true i've had a frusterating week and i just want it to be over with and every time i talk about it i feel like the anger just keeps boiling so maybe i should just forget about it and move on??

your source was incorrect, i would know. you just need a better vent. chewing out the person at fault will get you nowhere fast.
