My 12+ day plan..

Feeling: exhausted
So I look in the mirror.. and I see me.. I know I work out but it doesn't seem to be enough. When I look at myself, I see someone who works out but who is not fit. I want to be toned but not crazy ripped. So I decided.. I'm going to go on a workout plan that my friendly magazine provided for me. The new issue of CosmoGirl has "the 12 days of Fitness" inside it.. and the workout is actually pretty good. The way I see it.. My usual routine plus this little guide will give me the results that I am looking for. Hopefully. I just did the first recommended day.. and my legs hurt already..... ::yes:: ~Jessica*~
