Listening to: Fame - David Bowie
Feeling: torn
Spring Break was awesome, I guess. If you would like to use that word. I worked, a lot, but what's new? I slept, a lot, and I'm glad. Even though I'm still tired. I didn't really have that much fun until Friday. Up until then I just worked and slept and spent time with my fiance. The repetitive lifestyle of mine.
Friday was amazing. Jeff and I drove out to Surfside Beach in Galveston and took our puppy, Fuzzy, with us. We took the Camaro and got it stuck in the sand. Jeff took me to this little shack where they sold, what you call, "Sex Wax". It's wax for your skim board so you don't slide off of it. It was a nice little place. I got a sticker to put on my windshield that's good for the entire year to enter Surfside Beach. (We all need to go sometime.) We swam and so did The Fuzz. He had a lot of fun and he was really good. He wouldn't run off or anything. He stayed up by the car while Jeff and I built annoymous things in the sand. I built a rather large penis. Jeff built an aligator looking thing. I got a little brown from the sun which is good because we all know Krittle looks like a pasty albino. Jeff also proposed for real. He wrote "Will you marry me" in the sand and re-gave me my ring. He got down on one knee and everything. And of course, I said yes. After that we dried off and drove up and down the Seawall for a bit. We finally headed home and didn't get home until about 9 that night. It was nice. We had a really good time. It was my birthday present to Jeff since I couldn't afford to get him anything else.
Saturday I worked and we ended up not going out to eat that night. Everyone was too busy. So Lauren, Dallas, and Alan came over and we watched Blue Collar Comedy. That was my third time seeing it but it's hillarious every time. Sunday I called in to work and helped Jeff's mom move some more stuff out of her old house. Then we all went out to eat at Red Lobster for Jeff's birthday. It was me, Jeff, his mom and her new hubby, and his brother and Misty. It was really nice. Especially since Jeff's mom paid for everyone. I felt kind of bad but Jeff kept assuring me that it was okay. I always felt like Jeff's mom didn't like me but Jeff and Misty both told me that if she didn't like me she wouldn't have invited me to come and she wouldn't smile at me or talk to me or let alone look at me if she didn't like me. I was told that she never liked any of Jeff's other girlfriends. That night before we all went out to eat, I had complained to Jeff that his mom always hugged Misty and told her that she loves her and I always thought she would never do that with me. But that night after we were all done with dinner and decided to head out, she hugged me and told me that she was glad I came. Misty was so happy for me. That I was now in with her. I was excited and happy also. I'm really glad his family likes me. Especially his mom. I guess this means something.
So, yeah. My Spring Break was definitely not boring. I loved it. And now it's back to school. We only have 40 more days though. 40. Thank god. And then that's it. For good.
Well, I'll leave ya'll with this.
She hugged me! :) I'm happy.
