OH...I'm frozen...anyway... The Thurs. before I went to D.C. is about to be recorded... I was sick all day. Then I got ditched at lunch, but didn't know it until I had waited 20 mins...that sucked. I walked back and forth in front of the student center for a good 5-10 mins. Then I went to 4th hour. A girl in my class asked if Natalie Best was here...I said I was...she told me an army guy was asking if she knew me...apparantly he had met me online. Immediatly my mind drags up the list of men I've met online...I was scared to say the least, but curious. What if it was Soren...or Chris...I would want to meet Robert...it couldn't be Robert...so during out drink break I ran over and... I said, "someone was looking for a Natalie?" one soldier, "depends, do you want to join the army?" me, "no" him, "that wasn't convincing..." me, "my brother is in the army, I don't want to be." a shorter younger soldier, "what's your last name?" me, "Best." third army man, "yeah, he was looking for you." short army man steps aside and looks at me... "you don't know who I am, do you?" I shake my head and in desperation say simply, "no." him, "kiss1fan?" me, "I didn't memorize emails, just names." him, "..." me, "oh! Weren't you engaged?" he pulls out his left hand and shows me the ring... me, "I didn't expect to every meet you..." then after a few seconds of me being scared to death I ran back to class... Next I told them I was sick and went to talk to him some more. We met later at the mall. He's changed that I've noticed, but I still don't like the idea of him being married, hiding that he was with me from his wife, telling me his marriage is failing, and then commenting that I am "intriging..." you pull your own ideas out of it. When he asked if he could see me Fri. I told him I couldn't... He's left for Kansas and then from there he will go to Iraq. I hope he doesn't get killed...
