[66]Denali is.... er....

Feeling: old
We went to Denali National Park for the weekend.... It was fun, even though we spent... about 19 hours in a car/bus in two days. That kinda sucked, but the trip was still fun. I'm never leaving the house again though.... Too many damned mosquitos. I have mosquito bites everywhere. And it sucks most because most of them are on my legs and arms. Those are the worst places because then you HAVE to scratch them! Sorry, I can't spell right now, so if you all notice any spelling errors, please disregard them. I finished reading HP-SS (first Harry Potter book). I read it about a week, when I was only reading for about an hour each night before bed. I'm gonna start on number 2 tonight. Denali park WAS pretty. It's just that, living in Alaska, I see mountains and trees and animals all the time, so I'm pretty used to it. But it was cool seeing the animals still. We saw two hares, a lot of caribu, a grizzly bear and her cubs and a CUTE fox! The fox was the coolest. It was being dive-bombed by a bird because it was naer it's nest, so the fox chased the bird--It jumped over a ten-foot-wide river in one leap!!! It was friggin' awesome! We stayed in a cabin.... And we had an early dinner at The Leaning Restaurant. It was funny--the building really was leaning. And they had some good ice cream there.... My mom woke me up at 8:00 because if we got up before nine we got a free breakfast lol. It was pretty good, too bad I was too tired to enjoy it.... TTFN! P.S. I'm writing yet ANOTHER story.... GOD I NEED TO SLOW DOWN!!!!! SOMEONE STOP ME!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alright, got that out of my mind. P.P.S. It was weird. Our tour guide on the bus into Denali looked, talked and acted like Doug, my counselor. He was the same age, too, came from the same place, and Doug, the last time I saw him, was talking about his brother. I was seriously about to ask our tour guide if he had a twin! Bye now. *** I just got the biggest compliment of my life. I was reading the new reviews I got on my story and someone was talking about how great it was.... You know, typical review stuff.... But at the end, they wrote "I think you're even better at writing than JK Rowling." Wow. I'm in stunned semi-silence right now. It's amazing. I know I'm not THAT good.... Bye-zers
