I use to blame the nights where I had no sleep on you. I use to laugh myself to sleep realizing that I was thinking of you. Our conversations still haunt me, but no matter what, I'm moving on. I don't need you there anymore. I don't need to depend on you anymore. I realize now, you weren't really worth it all. They may look at me and say I miss you, they make pity me and give me sympathy, but through it all I know I can make it without you. Sure, I'll still look back on those times when I laughed so hard I would cry, or those moments where everything seemed surreal, because those memories are the ones I wish to keep. They don't haunt me anymore.
Look what you've done by Jet
Take my photo off the wall
If it just won't sing for you
'Cause all that's left has gone away
And there's nothing there for you to prove
Oh, look what you've done
You've made a fool of everyone
Oh well, it seems likes such fun
Until you lose what you had won
Give me back my point of view
'Cause I just can't think for you
I can hardly hear you say
What should I do, well you choose
Oh, look what you've done
You've made a fool of everyone
Oh well, it seems likes such fun
Until you lose what you had won
Oh, look what you've done
You've made a fool of everyone
A fool of everyone
A fool of everyone
Take my photo off the wall
If it just won't sing for you
'Cause all that's left has gone away
And there's nothing there for you to do
Oh, look what you've done
You've made a fool of everyone
Oh well, it seems likes such fun
Until you lose what you had won
Oh, look what you've done
You've made a fool of everyone
A fool of everyone
A fool of everyone
I miss the way he would look at me and I knew that he only saw me. I miss the way he would tell me I wasn't stupid or ugly. I wish at times I could relive those moments when I could truly tell that he wanted me. But now he's gone and I've got to move on.
