Well, things are pretty okay at the moment. Joe spoke to me for the first time since break-ups and such last night, so we're talking at college and stuff now. It's still really hard seeing him and wanting to be with him, and I keep wanting to hang around when his lessons finish to see him and stuff but I'm trying to stop myself. I don't want to be like a scary stalker woman and stuff, so I'm just gratefull the fact that he isn't completely abolishing all contact of any kind whatsoever. Which is quite nice. :o)
Oh and those of you who get annoyed by text speak and the like in e-mails (and don't worry 'cause I can't stand it either) he's actually dyslexic. So he has a valid excuse for abbreviations used in the previous entry. Normally he gets his dad to read through coursework, but I could understand why he wouldn't want his dad to spell and grammar check that. Heh heh...
Yeah so anyway, I played my violin for the first time with the worship band on Sunday, which as well as being rather scary, somewhat, was actually really fun. Because although I had the music in front of me for some of the songs (for others I only had chords, or indeed, nothing at all...) the stuff I was playing was entirely improvised (Ad lib! Ad liiiiib!!! Sorry, Music College thing... yes we're sad. :oD) so I just sort of played stuff that sounded right. Which often resulted in me having to ask Rob after every song, "So what key was that peice actually in then Rob...?". Haha good stuff. I recieved lost of compliments though which is good or confidence, but bad for want of free Sunday evenings, seeing as every worship leader from now on is going to want me to play the violin. Wooooooooo!!
Went to gospel choir tonight and sang tenor (for those of you who are confused, yes that is the blokes part... :o|) and had a minted conversation with Rachel (choir leader) which is cool 'cause she's remarkably cool. And she gave me a lift. Thank you Rachel. :o)
Haha me and Clara are dressing up as chavs/scallys/townies/whatever for our theatre performance, and we're doing Little Brittain impressions. Like, yeah but no but yeah but no but yeah style. For those of you who live in America or any other place that's not the UK, Little Brittain will be an entirely new concept to you, as it is a TV programme over here in ye goode olde England. Be sad, in fact, very sad indeed, for you are missing out. Very much so.
I have assignments of the Composing and Arranging, History and Music Industry kind, and 2 performance assessments to practice for when we get back to college in January. My christmas is gonna be fun. 8o|
