Well this entry may be a little late but ive been busy. Me, Logan, and Josh had a kickass time.I have to say that this years ozzfest was better than last for 3 main reasons: Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie, and Mastodon. They were The fucking awesomist bands that ive ever seen live. Rob was like spectacular, John 5 made it even more awesome. I finally got to hear Ozzy live. Dont ever fucking say hes washed up or too old to perform. Mastodon were even better live than they were on cd. So many fucking solos. Arch Enemy was the onyl band that didnt show up this year. Bands that rocked: Wicked Wisdom(suprisingly), Gizmachi, BLS, Mudvayne, and Killswitch was good, i dont like them but i still cant deny that they put on a good show. Bands that sucked: It Dies Today, Shadows Fall, Black Dahlia Murders, Bury Your Dead, and Iron Maiden. People at our school who went: Dave Manns, Bobby Carpenter, Ashley Howell, John Mclain, and a bunch of other people who i dont know their names, just their faces. Fuckign hot as shit at that concert. It was 90 degress and 100 degress with humidity and since it was on a parking lot and everyone was wearing black it jacked up the heat by 20 degress. Can you say burned alive? All of it was worth Zombie. We survived the day by passing out for an hour in the pavilion and then we sat on our asses against the wall facing away from the mainstage so we got the vibrations from the band sent through our bodies. Its not like we could see them so we just like chilled out there for awhile. My dad talked to John 5 in person and we rushed to go see him but we missed him. We finally went to our Lawn seats after we met John Mcain at ozzfest. We stood with him when ozzy came on. After Sabbath finished their awesoem set, we drove back to my house and slept. Well thats the jist of Ozzfest 2005 at Camden New Jersey. I dunno if I'll go next year. It all depends on the bands.
