Listening to: "I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't" - Brand New
Feeling: busy
This weekend was great! I went to Traverse to stay overnight with Aunt Maggie, Uncle Jim, and Gramma...Dad went with me too. We visited with Gramma and rented a movie - "Be Cool" - not all that great. Had John Travolta and Uma Therman in it. We went sailing today, Dad, Uncle Brett, and I. So much fun, we went all over, almost tipped a bunch of times...or at least leaned over till water came in. I loved it, first time I'd ever been.
Had my first day of work today too. It was fun, Kenny was my "trainer" and so he showed me how to do all the stuff. Made me stock the beer cooler while he "supervised" and scratched off his lotto ticket (didn't win). Whatever lol, didn't really bother me, but I won't do it again. He had to go empty the glass bottle container and we found a spider that was HUGE!! This thing was like an inch all around and had an egg sac half its size attatched. Needless to say, neither of us did bottles, we left it there for Dan Tingstad or someone else working tonight to do. Lol, Scott Stegman came in to work at 10:00, called Kenny a pussy for not doing it, but he wouldn't do it either, lol. I like Jessica, the manager sort of person we worked with, she doesn't care what we do, lol, Kenny and I sat around in the back for like 20 minutes before actually doing what we were supposed to - clean bathrooms and take out the trash.
This week is insane with all the shit I'm doing. Tomorrow Sam's gonna call to do something, then 7-9 I have choir. Tuesday I work 5-10, Wednesday Dan asked me to the movies, Thursday I've scheduled to work 5-10, but I told Tammy I needed it off when she hired me for choir, and maybe she just forgot, because I have to go to practice or Armstead will shoot me, Friday I'm actually NOT doing something, Saturday choir practice...need to find out the time for that...and Sunday is our concert - I have to be there at 2:30. Wow, one helluva week planned there....hope next week's better!
Sam did this thing awhile ago, where she re-evaluated the people in her life, and what parts they play. I did that too, today in the car and at work when I had a minute. Came to some interesting revelations about myself and the way I see the world and who I want with me when I do. Who will I keep in touch with through college and such. Surprising the people I will and the people I won't.
Well, I guess that's it, getting back to my life lol, after two days of something new and different to break up the monotony. Job's good, friends good, family's good, I got nothing to complain about lol. Later.
