Today I got my hair cut, now it's back to being short and I love it. I hated when it got too long and was stupid looking, and right now it's being colored again, so it looks all neato for HC. I really can't wait to go. I might not go to the game, depends on the weather, it says it's supposed to get cold and maybe snowy by then, but I sorta doubt it. Pizza at my house is gonna be awesome, Sam, Steve, Dan, Jaz, Rach, Cat, Megan, her friend Rebecca, and my parents are gonna be there. Sam's making her super pizza with ham, pineapple, and marichino cherries. Yeah cherries, lol, it sounds odd, but she swears its good, and I believe her. Then the dance - my parents will be there, but not as chaperones, they're gonna work the Spanish Club concessions. Mr. Williams is having pop and candy there to buy, so BRING MONEY and send us to Mexico lol! It's cool, I'm glad they said they'd do it. My mom's driving Dan and I in her pink truck maybe, she's worried about some asshole keying it or breaking into it. If they did, I'd murder them, honestly, because I love that truck. Spirit Days kinda suck this year. At least I think so, they're kinda childish: Mon: comfy/cops & robbers - ok, that's normal Tues: class color (normal)/ "tatted up" (not very cool since I refuse to buy fake tattos that won't come off for forever or draw on myself) Wed: Elegant/Jersey - That's ok, because I can wear a suit and be elegant...at least I had better because there's no way I'm wearing a formal dress. Thurs: Ok, this is the day that is most stupid: Attacked by a monster/stuffed animal - I'm sorry, but stuffed animals - who wants to carry one around all day? And the monster thing? Also dumb, but it's our theme (also also dumb). Fri: Blue/Gold & Hat - normal and I love it. OK so basically I just hate one day, and part of another one, but why do we have to have such dumb themes for HC and WC? We've had Nintendo, Stores, and now Monsters. We are not seven! Cat says its because of the parade, because it's the most important thing, but everyone I talk to disagrees. It's the game, and actually the dance is what everyone says. Not many people actually GO to the parade, even in the community, and all the kids only care about the school stuff. Maybe you're different, and no offense then, but general consensus says that people want something more adult for a theme...so that the dance isn't covered in monsters and whatnot. That's it, lol, the summerized version of the rant Sam and I had last night. Sam came over today, we skipped the assembly, which apparently sucked anyways lol. They were supposed to do the sumo thing again, but they changed to rules that people had to be 18+ this year so they did that thing were you have a bungee cord attached to you and see how far you can run. Dumb...we saw that at Fireman's Mem and it was dumb then. Anyways, Sam and I watched Troy, since we're starting the Illiad in AP English. She said tomorrow she'd tell Ewald that because she's seen teh movie she won't read the book. She was joking obviously, since they're completely different lol. That's it for my day....I'm bored lol. I think I should go do homework, but I'm a slacker and will save it for hmrm most likely, or even lunch for my life skills, the most un-useful class on the planet. (Yes, I DID just make up a word lol)
