Why is it so cold? I hate the cold months, except for when it snows lol, so I can ski! Soooo....not much new, I never really have anything to write here. I saw a super movie this weekend and for a second time today lol, like 10 minutes ago - "The Girl Next Door." I love it, it's a funny, dirty, romantic movie. That's what my screen name for MSN is from right now - "So What's The Craziest Thing You've Done Lately?" This weekend was great, much better than I expected. Friday Sam, Caeleigh, Cory, and Emily and I went to RES to play on teh playground vs going to the game and then Rachel and I went to Glen's for an hour to wait for Dan so we could go to the dance. Had fun convos with Kenny lol (when aren't they?) about what we should do for our 18th b-days. He suggests going to the Vu, even offered to come with lol, such a sacrifice for him...catch the sarcasm there? Anyways, then we went to the dance - Dan and I talked for awhile and stuff, and then danced for the rest of the night. We decided that the Fall Out Boy song "Sugar We're Goin' Down" song is our now, because we both like it and know all the words and stuff lol. Saturday Sam, Steve, Jake, Alex, Rachel, and I went to the Fireman's Mem. Festival in town, which ended up being kinda boring, since they didnt' have any "big-kid" rides, just like a moon bounce and kiddy slides. So we went to Glen's, bought ice cream, I kissed Dan in the beer cooler lol because he was at work, and we came to my house to eat and watch TV. Jake and Alex and Rachel left for various reasons and Dan came over after work and we ordered pizza and rented "Girl Next Door" and " Garden State" - both super good btw. Then sat around and watched them. It was so weird, Sam and I were both freezing, we had huge down blankets wrapped around us and the guys were like, omg it's so hot, and kept going outside. Anyways, at some point during the evening Steve took off his shirt but none of us noticed. Dan and I were watching the movie on the couch and Sam was asleep next to Steve. I looked over and was like, "Steve...why are you not clothed?" but he had shorts on (thank god) and was "hot" so he took off his shirt. Personally, I think he was showing off, because whenever Sam's around he likes to take off his shirt and show off his chest, which isn't even super-duper amazing or anything - he looks like almost every other guy I know lol. Whatever. Then it was 11:30 and I took Dan and Sam home and went to bed...Steve stayed the night because his parents were out of town and didn't trust him to stay alone lol...that's funny! Sunday I did nothing all day, just hung out and did homework. From 6-9:30 I baby-sat for Laura, a girl I work with. She has 3 kids, boys 9 and 6 and a girl 5. They took out the oldest for his birthday and I watched the other two. It was fun, we ran around outside and played with the cat and then watched cartoons until bedtime. Made $20, which is cool. Today wasn't bad, Dan's getting sick lol...HAHAHA! Payback for the 2 weeks I was sick lol, even though Sam's the one who made me sick. I told him I'd make him some chicken Ramen lol but he had to go to Driver's Ed. Oh well, there's always some other day. Have fun learning to drive Dan!! Well as I need to read 155 pages of the "Grapes of Wrath" by Friday, I should probably start. It's no big, I can do it easy, it's jsut getting motivated. Night everyone! Rachel: I'm so happy for you!
