12:34 PM Well, this week has been really good. School's going good. And all that crap. Yesterday was Contest. So we show up and I'm like freaking nervous for my solo. So we go and uncase and get our music and go to the warm up room, tune, etc. Then we go to the Stage and I had a few butterflies, but I was like, mmkay, whatever. We played Alamo, which I thought we did pretty good on. Time for Incantations and I'm like Gah...I'm screwed. And Olivia is just like "Count and watch, you'll be awesome." So I was okay. So get to my solo and I'm counting like crazy. w00t. I pulled it off. Then we played Glacier, which, as usual, we did sweet-as on. So we go to sight reading, which I almost got us DQ'd from because I opened the folder of music. Oops. Thank goodness he didn't notice. So we play that, which was suprising easy. Then we re-case and load the bus and go to the cafeteria to sit and wait for our rating. WHO GOT A ONE?!?! We're going to state! I'm SOO happy!! It was totally unexpected. Maybe going first is a good thing. So three weeks from now we are heading down to Columbus to play. I'm rather excited. Um...went to Katie's around 8 last night. We watched movies and made brownies and laid on the floor. Me, Allie, Courtney, and Katie have such a blast together. Maybe I will stay in Ohio. At least I know everyone wants me to stay here. So came home, did my chores and now I'm waiting for Katie to call me because we may be doing something later. BLLLEEEh. My head hurts.
