It's amazing how when you're ready to give up, to finally end it all because everything seems to have lost it's meaning a dream visits you in the night and reminds you that there is something worth living for. Even if it's something as simple as a kiss to the forhead. Last night I dreamt of memories that seem so long ago. I dreamt of what it feels like to be in love, and I remembered the joy that it brings. I remembered what it felt like to look into my wifes eyes when it seemed like there was no place lese for her to go, when she was ready to break down and give up, and just press my lips against her soft forhead and let her know that I was there for her, that everything was going to be ok. I long to be able to feel that way again, and if I ever do again find love, then life will once again have some purpose.
