Early this morning around 1:30 i was just hanging out in my dorm with Samanthat and Heather. My room mate is gone for the weekend so Sam and I were having a sleepover. Anyway, we were talking and all of a sudden things start pounding agianst my window and Im on the second floor. I was totally spooked and everything was kind of happening in slow motion. My first reaction was "Oh man, I am tired of these girls throwing rocks at my window" Some of my friends do that to get my attention when they forget their key card and they need let in. But this was past curfew. I started to get up and look out the window when the window shaddered. I was so spoked. I ran out the door and started pounding on my RA's door. She was down te hall but heard the pounding and looked out the door. I was crying and shaking so badly that someone else had to explain what had just happened. Three of the RAs were in that room and apparently the whole floor heard us and all hte girls came out in the hall. My RA sat me down in her friend's room and just put her arms around me because I had was so worked up that I couldnt breathe which made me even more scarred. All the girls on the floor had gone in to my room to see what was going on. One of the RAs called security and he came up and was in my room until a little after 2am. It turns out that it was a group of 6 guys with water balloons who had set out with the purpose of trying to freak the girls out. The reason they hit my room was because my light was on. The reason i was so spoked was becasue there have been a couple break ins in another girls' dorm. The doors were left unlocked by accident and some weird guys wondered in. So when my window shaddered i freaked. Now I have a huge hole in my window and maintance was supposed to come do a temporary repair on it today but didnt. Although, for security reasons we are not aloud to open windows so it has been nice to have a cool fall breeze coming through. Heather knows who did it and even talked to him toady. I guess he feels horrible. I mean, obviously he did not mean to break my window. But guys have been expelled for things like that before so Heatehr isnt gonna tell ANYONE who he is. i cant blame her... i wouldnt turn my friend in either. I do know he is from the third floor of the one Guys' dorm. that is a crazy floor and they get in trouble a lot. Like the whole guys' soccer team lives on that floor and they get a little crazy with the water balloons. Juts last week i was hanging out with some girls near the dorm waiting for a couple guy friends and all of a sudden like 4 guys were hanging out of the 3rd story windows throwing water balloons at us. and then like 3 more come running out of the fornt door with balloons. College boys need to grow up. Ok, so thats the drama in my life for the weekend. other than that, im starting to like it here. as long as i keep avoiding 2 people I'll be ok... haha
