Blasted Bloody Names...

Feeling: mystified
EHhhhh! So today wasn't the most exciting day of my life. It wasn't the worst either. Was able to talk to some people that I haven't talked to in a dogs age and *knock on wood* am slowly moving on and past certain things... certain circumstances which have yet to leave the ranks of concerns. But that is another story for another day, or something like that anyway. So I was just checking over my comments here and I'm glad that you people out there are liking my picture I posted. I'm happy that you do like it, I wandered around for quite some time in the hopes of finding something that not only reflected me and my general mood, but something that would go with the page and that you would like. If you don't like it just send me some of your thoughts/ suggestions and I'll take it into consideration next time I feel like changing the picture. Thanks in advance. There's only one problem that I can find with it; my entries seem a little smaller now that the width has expanded to fit the entire picture. I was thinking of cutting it back, but I already did that and if I were to lose anymore of the left corner I think the picture wouldn't be the same and so I'm just going to leave it alone. I know it seemed slightly redundant to actually mention it seeing as I don't plan on changing it, but not only does it give me something to talk about which will enable me to lead up to my next topic but, more importantly, it takes up space. So what is this grand "next topic" I just referred to? Well, for starters I'll have you know that none of the topic I throw out here are great, let alone grand. Though I'm curious; in your opinion which one do you put above the other? Which one holds a higher degree of largeness, or which one is superior: Grand or great? Thoughts on this one? Though the meanings be very similar and at times, these two words are synonymous for each other, which do YOU personally see as being better? Stupid question, I know, but I'm still curious. Another curious question for you out there. Now this one has special meaning and dates back to when I was a mere Lieutenant: What's your favorite ice-cream flavour? An ole aquaintance of mine once told me "you never know a person until you know their favorite ice cream flavour." Now that's probably the exact quote, and although I did not save our conversation (which I probably should have done for later use... like right now) if my memory serves me well like it usually does *smirks* it is the exact quote. So answer that for me if you will. Personally I've heard about almost every type of ice cream flavour out there; including those new fangle dangle ones that are so god damned difficult to pronounce due to the fact that there are over six words in the name, three of the words, which are conseculatively and convieniently positioned one after the other start with the same letter, and the last three words rhyme with the first word. Blasted bloody names. I'm sure right now you're either thinking "yea, that's my favorite one" or "what on gods green earth are you talking about you freak?" either way, I shall say the same thing to both of you: you really need to get out more. I apologize if that offended anyone, really wasn't the intent @ all; these things happen sometimes and we just gotta move with ir right - go with the flow. And speaking of which, is it just me or do people, for some unknown reason, tend to send more of those personal quizzes to each other once spring hits? I swear within the past seven days I've had to fill out about four of them and that's more then I've done since the beginning of fall and winter combined. Granted with christmas, thanksgiving (which is in october for those of you who don't know), halloween (which I personally enjoy), boxing day (which you americans don't know about) new years and Hannakah (spelling?) people don't really have the time to send those bloody quizzes around unless they want to know what you're going out as for halloween, what you want for christmas, or how much you'll be drinking on new years. Honestly, some people do that. Personally, I just say BYOB(s) And if they happen to bring water - that's cool. If they bring water and start digging into someone elses booze, then I kick them out of whoevers house we're at, mainly becuase I'm only one of three people who aren't stoned or drunk. Oh what a wonderous life we live eh? Way too many people ruin their lives or end up doing something stupid on account of their intoxication levels, or lack of tolerance. Me, no sir/ ma'am. I plan on staying sober even @ prom. Besides, when you're sober and the guy next to you is wasted, it's the funniest thing in the world to mess him up real good. You can do that hand opening thing or talk really messed up... only problem with the latter suggestion is that when you talked messed up, they may hear you perfectly fine... odd eh? Still though, note I said "guy" I wouldn't suggest that you ever do that to a female because that's just nice; not even I would do that and I'm a jerk so what does that tell you? Exactly. Well, I better stop this here because chances are that my computer may not let me on SitD to actually post this so if you end up reading this on the 23rd, don't be surprised. *waves* -Captain B. Well, Captain. I agree with that friend of yours about the ice cream thing, so I'll tell you right away that I love Cherry Garcia ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. But on a different note, grand and great mean two completely different things in my eyes. I'd explain but I don't really have enough room, and it could bore you.

Until Tomorrow,
Becky
