One person's puke becomes someone else's shit.
It's odd how vegetarianism seems to be a growing trend at my school. Not that it's a bad thing. Just odd.
My friend was the first person I knew at my school to be a vegetarian.
Shortly later after watching a video about animal abuse in the food industry, I was a little turned off of meat, but I later chose to be a vegetarian due to largely wanting to try something new. Today, however, I will still say I don't want to take part in that abuse, particularly places like KFC, where I refuse to eat even mashed potatoes.
A couple months later, after returning to school, this guy, Joseph, claimed to be a vegetarian. I believe he lasted 3 days[give or take].
Then was a friend, Ashley, who lasted a month or two, and recently decided it wasn't meant for her right now.
And somewhere between all these people, I hear there is another vegetarian running around my school.
BUT NOW WE ARRIVE IN THE PRESENT, WHERE THE FUTURE'S YESTERDAY IS STILL STUCK IN THE PAST.
My friend, Brittany, decided she has given up meat (At least for a while) starting yesterday.
She's made this choice with a friend, Hannah, who agreed not to eat meat with her.
This was probably inspired by her friend, Samantha [who I hate], who has been a vegetarian since Christmas Eve, I believe.
I give Brittany one week. (January 19)
I give Hannah five days. (January 17)
I give Samantha....uh. She sucks anyway. (A monthish?)
I just thought it was so interesting how such a rare occurance just booms. And I think that's why I wanted to write about it. Of course, me even being a vegetarian, I don't think it's a bad thing.
Well, except for one thing. I hate when people yell, "WOO U! S! A!"
And I hate when people yell, "MEAT IS MURDER!"
Among other things that cause my ears to bleed.
Like DAVE MATHEWS. HAHAHAHA [Kelly ;p ]
So I think of all this the only bad thing is when my friend tells me that she and her friend are thinking about putting a banner (Or something) on her car that says something like "Don't Kill Cows!"
I'm hoping that she was joking. Because everything is okay when you're joking.
WHICH BRINGS ME TO:
I'm not usually someone who points out the obvious when it comes to food, but it relates to me in some way, and I hope whatever diet people choose for themselves that they don't obsess over the killing of animals [abuse in any form is an exception, however]. If meat truly is murder, then I'd like to see every animal living to stop eating meat, and see how many lives are saved.
The topic of Vegetarianism is actually something I've been wanting to write about in my blog account for a while now. I'd like to discuss [and actually find things out for myself] about the diet and such. Of course in that I'd include what I was just speaking against other people (about meat is murder, blah blah), and actually this time talk how it's wrong that animals are harmed in the food industry. Along with the pros and cons of the diet (which I'm a bit clueless of, sadly. Though I do know enough to form opinions). And I'd tell what I think about vegetarianism, which is quite obvious, otherwise I'd possibly be enjoying a lot of BURGAAHS.
And I don't want to sound too opinionated on something like this, if I do write that in my blog, and after it's written it shouldn't sound like I'm being overly opinionated. Something like people choosing what they do and don't like is what I always hate when people try to invade that. That's one reason why I hate Christianity now. And of course things like that are why I have the bit of 'Nazi imagery' on my diary, suggesting conformity and a lack or personality, because occasionally I do something like that that's reverse of how I feel (Like using the word Nigger in a song 19 times when someone calls me racist). And also did you notice how in that picture, it looks somewhat like they're raising their hands to God? ;-)
And as far as something stupid like telling people not to make their own choices on their own diet isn't what I'm going to support or disapprove of, because I'm really indifferent to people's personal lifestyles (unless things are abused; of course some people like being abused).
What I hate are people that give messages not to kill animals or eat animals, or people who throw tofu pies at clothes designers on the red carpet because they use animal fur [Yes, you know I'm talking about a PETA incident]. Those are the bad people to me. So never mistake me for someone that wants to kill individuality. We need diversity. I'm satisfied with people being themselves and only themselves, and ones who don't try to change others through their banners and tofu pies.
Isn't it crazy how this went from me making a fun little list about the vegetarians I know to talking about people changing others?
Speaking of that, doesn't it sound contradictive of me to tell people not to tell people what to do? That's not my intent though. Put it like this friends, family, and special ed students: Conform to individuality.
[Yes that contradiction was intentional ;p]
Don't listen to a message, just be who you want to be. And whether positively or negatively, that'll be your influence on the world. And of course it's good to speak up and tell what you think. If people ever want to change, they'll do it.
And because I'm contradicting myself by telling people how to be, I'll stop here. But I hope everyone who reads understands what I'm really saying.
OMFG, slut.
How did this entry CHANGE so much? WTF
It wasn't meant to be like this. I was just making a little fckng list.
But that's all I have to say for now.
-Die, You Nazi-Bitch
And Hannah being vegetarian blows my fucking mind.
~~~P+S :)
~~~P+S *Heil*
Yes, you are a bullshitter. I think deep down maybe you know it. Maybe not. I really don't know how to explain how you annoy me, you just do. Sorry I can't explain.
