Merry Christmas!

Listening to: DMB
So far this holiday season, I've been drowning myself in shots of Egg Nog and those twelve fluid ounce bottles of Mike's Hard Lemonade and Smirnoff Ice, which have finally stopped making me tipsy. Damn! We decorated our tree on December 23, 2006, not when we wished it to be done for it's been there for far too young a time. Our friends Karen and Jake from upstate New York came to visit and they gave me this beautiful necklace which was made in Kenya. Really, it's beautiful. On Friday, yes, we're going back to the 22nd, we had our "Secret Santa" thing at work. My Secret Santa was Christine and she gave me a lovely dark green Roxy hoodie, very nice! From Joe & Lee [the boss and his wife] I got a pretty watch, the face is pink and the wristband thing is brown. It's very nice. They're really turning me into a girly girl, which is actually pretty sweet. Yesterday was the twenty-fourth, or Christmas Eve, which happened to also be the day Jeremy and I choose to open all the presents except for our stockings. I ended up getting tons of great stuff. For Music, I got The Essential Clash [yay!] The British Are Coming Volume Two [Yes, there is such great music!] The Best of Bob Dylan [Yay!!!] Def Leppard Greatest Hits [yee!] OAR - In Between Now & Then [FINALLY!] Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californiacation [From Jeremy, and another FINALLY!!] The Cars - The Complete Greatest Hits [From Dad]. Yay for good music! Woot Woot! I got a couple of books Into Thin Air by that same dude who wrote Into The Wild [Sucha good book!] && The Ultimate Scrabble Dictionary, something on the many techniques of painting, and ummm, some giant book on the Secrets of Birthdays, or something like that. I also got Elizabethtown, March of the Penguins, and Pirates 2. And well, I got a lot of clothes. && a bit more than $200. OOOOH! Black & White CONVERSE! Woohoo for ELEVEN pairs! Woohooo! Oh, and these extreme boots that will look excellent with my KILT. && I also got nice, warm slippers. And a whole bunch of other stuff. Anyway for it be Christmas Day, nothing really has happened. It started snowing around probably 3-ish and we got like an inch, possibly two, but then it started to rain. All bullshit I tell ya. And this part shall come to a close for I am bored and I have an urge to play some handy-dandy StarCraft. =] ♥iloveyou♥
