so after school, Ashleigh, Alison, and I went to Wesselmans to roller blade...so we start off and the road was all bumpy and sucked...but then I noticed that Ashleigh and Alison were WAY ahead of me...like, WAYYY ahead. so they'd skate for like 5 seconds, stop, turn around, look at me, wait for 30 seconds til I got close to them, and go to step one...like, it was horrible! and I noticed one time that my right skate wasn't working well at all, and glanced down to notice that my wheel was falling apart! like, the rubber part was being completely stripped from the plastic part! so Ashleigh and Alison took my skates, left me sitting on a bench in the middle of now where with no shoes, and went to the car and got another pair. after I got the new pair, I skated fabulously! lol...but we went around the park for a while and then went on a bike trail and over to roberts stadium parking lot and sat there and talked FOREVER! then we skated back to the cars and talked FOREVER again...then decided we wanted snow cones, couldn't find any open places, and went home...but yeah. I got home at 7:30! I can't believe we spent that long out there! but my shins hurt from where the skates were rubbing up against them...but whatever. Ashleigh shadowed me today! that was fun! my eyes hurt...should take out my contacts, but I hate wearing my glasses and not being able to see...sooo I'm gonna have to suffer.
