I GOT MY PHOTOGRAPHY APPRENTICESHIP! I can't say how siked I am. Speaking of photography, I started taking alot more pictures again. I went out after the storm and got some closeups on bugs and raindrops. I like how they turned out. --- I put an end to the lazy, dependent Steph today and went to work for the first time in my life at the old folk's home near my house. My shift was nearly seven hours. Suprisingly.. It wasn't bad at all. I can honestly say that I actually enjoyed work today. The old people are fun to be around, maybe cause of all the meds they are on. Stella was singing oldies. Ed was talking about his heritage. Mary something was trying to escape through the door. The staff was entertaining also. Everyone is older than me, and everyone seems to be way more outspoken than me. There wasn't a dull moment when I was around the staff. And Sean? What can i say about him? He trained me and he was so helpful and he's just an positive guy to be around. --- I feel like mentioning this awesome self-moment I had at Zach's yesterday. Well, I was up in cloud (metaphorically speaking heh) and I decided to go off on my own. The temperature outside was one of those perfect degrees. Not too cold. Not too hot. I ran away to this bridge over a creek. The sound of water is relaxing in itself. But also there were lightning bugs all over giving off a sortof strobe light effect. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. So the stars blended in with the lightning bugs. Ah, it was just the most amazing atmosphere I've ever experienced. I was perfectly content to chill there all night on my own. I love those moments, the alive ones. I know that I'm a cheesy person, but if you could of felt what I felt yesterday you'd understand why I'm writing to remember it. Bill joined me and he told me that this is how camping always is. I think I'll be a camper someday then. I was still up in a cloud and I randomly told Bill about how my Dad was knocked off a bridge. Heh, that was a good time. Anwyay, I had some free time this morning after Katie Elaine left. So I decided to continue the Question Game we held at Zach's, which was a good time by the way. Not really. I’m not one to care about the appearance of my nails. Once I put it on, it stays there til it comes off on its own. Right now, I still have my prom polish on. 67.
