here's my opinion on the "him kissing a 12yearold" thing...
He kissed her, because mayyybe, he doesnt care about her. he doesnt care about how that could effect her..
but with you, now there is where he cares.
he cares about you and doesnt want to hurt you like that.
if he kissed you, and things didnt work out, he's see you sad,
with her, it was just one of those blow off things, that assholes do.
