And the clock ticks away on our lives

Feeling: sane
In roughly 31 minutes, it’ll be exactly 12:01 AM on November 5, 2005. My birthday will have been over and I’ll be slightly happy. As far as my birthday is concerned...for the most part, it was what I was expecting. I flew solo for a few hours, just goofing off. Then I spent about an hour driving with Rob, Kim, her bf and this other dude just for the hell of it. Once Mom got off from work, we waited for Dad before going to dinner (he was about an hour or so late). Well, had dinner then came home. As far as gifts went, got Rob’s last night. My parents are still waiting to know what I want. I told them I didn’t want anything, but they keep on insisting. So tomorrow, we’ll more than likely hit all my favorite stores to shop. Then any cash my grandparents gave me was placed with the money I’d saved up for Reactor (i.e. in an envelope atop my dresser marked Do Not Ever Touch. Interesting tidbit though...I received an interesting phone call. I was driving and wasn’t able to read the caller ID. I say “Ello” and next thing I know, I’m being sung Happy Birthday by Mr. Kei. ^^ I swear, that guy is just too cool. I think he and Bell where one of the only few that actually remembered. *sighs* Sadly, as midnight draws nearer, I realize my one wish...the one gift I wanted more than anything this year...ain’t coming. *wants to get so angry so much* God, I feel like an idiot. I would give the world and my right arm (which is my world if you know me)... Well, one final note before I turn in for the night...the party has been postponed until Winter Break `05. Too many people are having schedule conflicts and such. So, stay tuned for further updates...hopefully by the weekend’s end. Later.
