lip piercing dealy

Blah, this entry aint going to be to long. Tommorow i half to do my stupid english hw and religion i hate it, but meh i got to do what i got to do :p well tmr im gonna pierce my own lip its good in all but i aint to sure how im suposed to take care of it like if i aint suposed to smoke fo a while or what cuz its in the mouth i aint 2 sure if any one noes please give any info if possible thnx did i mention im doing it myself :p

Before you peirce your lip, burn the needle or whatever your using with a lighter, that gets all the germs off. Then wipe the outside of your lip with iodine. Make sure the barbell you're using is clean so your lip doesn't get infected. After you peirce your lip, clean the barbell(both sides) and around the barbell about three or four times a day. Don't play with it , but spin it around twice a day so the skin donesn't grow around it.
i pierced my own lip like 3 months ago w/a safety pin. it didn't hurt.

when i got mine done they told me not to smoke for a while not to share food r dinks with people and to use mouthwash twice a day once at night and in the morning. um... i think that's all they told me...
