"Shuttered Eyes"
Life it self looks so kind,
Yet its because you are so blind.
As grounds tremble before you,
And skies fall black,
Bridges crumble, as does my lonesome heart.
The planet is engulfed with no light,
People scatter and become a fright.
The end lurks upon us,
As the people of the world embrace there fate.
Half past dawn,
The world drops dead.
The cause of this is still unknown,
Except for those who have suffered.
A new day arises for us all,
As we are cleansed for all our sins.
We all come from the womb,
But not all truthfully open their eyes.
O_o maddie
you're forced to realize the mess you've made of myslef
tell me
you still remember how to look alive
kiss the thorns
that you seek
to help bleed away Â
from the pain that never lets you sleep
and darkness falls from this face
all you dream is the wind pulls you
and the bottles set sail
from the mess you made of yourself-
