allll i have to say is tonight was freaking SWEET!!! i absolutely love my friends more than anything! lauren, sara, megan, braden, clay, david, my youth group, my parents, pam and baby megan, kim, libby, mary-ellen, and bob all threw me a surprise party for my sweet 16! yay! well, actually braden planned the whole thing but all of them came to it..for me, because they all love me so darn much :-) ohhhhh my gosh, i love them! today was a very bad day so having a surprise party defiantly changed it into a very, VERRRRY excellent day!! :-) :-) and part of the reason i had a bad day was because we got our report cards today and mine wasn't the best that it's ever been so i was and still am disappointed in myself! but anyways, let's just skip what all happened at school today, because it doesn't really matter, and let's get on with my party!! yay!! well, moriah and i had planned to go out to eat and see a movie but that didn't happen because she ended up not passing her driver's test :-( which is very poopie. but anyways. i got online and talked to megan, telling her that moriah and i weren't getting together and i asked her what she was doing..and of course she said she was doing something with david :-) so yeah. she told me that if i wanted braden and i could come over to her house and hangout with her and david. so i said yes, thinking that was what we were actually doing. but nope, it wasn't :-) hehe. soooo she said she'd pick me up around 5:45 and we'd meet braden at wendy's. then i told sara i wanted her and clay to come so the plan was that we were going to meet us at wendy's too :-) hehe. they are very clever :-) and good at keeping secrets. i seriously had no idea. i actually thought we were really going to wendy's, even after megan got here and her and david blind folded me. yes, i did..dumb huh? yeah i know :-) so here i was, in the back of megan's car with her and david, and i was blind folded. hmmmm :-) and megan kept yelling at me to not take it off because i guess she thought i was trying to or something. but yeah. i heard her on her cell phone and she said it was her mom, but later i found out she was actually on the phone to the church where everyone was waiting on me :-) :-0 yay!!! so yeah, when we got to the church, megan helped me out of the car..still blind folded..and stupid me STILL believed that i was at wendy's :-) hah. so megan started leading me into what i thought was wendy's. and as she led me we were holding hands and she was like "there's a bunch of people looking out the windows and they're probably think we're lesbians :-)" haha and i was like "hmmm oh well." then she started walked extremely fast, and i yelled at her because my knee kind of makes it hard for me to walk. duh meg!! :-) and i guess i was yelling pretty loud..things like, "MEGAN SLOW DOWN, I CAN'T WALK THAT FAST...WE CAN'T BE AT WENDY'S, THE PARKING LOT WOULDN'T BE THIS LONG...WOAH, WHY'D IT JUST GET DARK!!" haha. i love myself. oh yeah, when we finally did get to the door, megan made me run into it. thanks meg!! :-) but yeah, they took the blind fold off of me and everyone yelled, "SURPRISE!!!" and i seriously almost cried. i was shacking. i knew braden was planning to through me a surprise party but i didn't know when and he actually managed to surprise me. yay!! after i got off the shock..and i actually got a chance to look at and say hi to everyone, the first thing i did was look around for lauren..who wasn't there :-( but after a few minutes, while i was talking to jamie, she told me that she had talked to lauren during second period and lauren had told her that she was coming but would be late because of crew. and right as jamie told me that i was soooo happy because i wanted lauren there more than anything and when i saw that she wasn't there i was kind of upset but tried not to show it. so i hungout with everyone..my lovely friends whom i absolutely love. and lauren finally showed up, with a present. yay!! i was very happy to see her. more than she knows. anyways. when she came she followed me around almost everywhere. she's cute :-) i think when she first got there she was kind of shy, well no not shy..lauren's not shy, it was more like she felt out of place..at first. but yeah, i hungout with her most of the time. like, i mean i talked and hungout with everyone else but yeah you know what i mean. anyways alll of us talked and hungout. braden and david played basketball and braden won!! yay!! i love him!! sara and clay also played but i don't know which one of them won! hah. anyways. my parents took a lot of pictures and it was cool. then all of us went upstairs to the youth group room and we hungout up there. i sat beside lauren. yay!! and eventually my presents were brought up and i opened alll of them. yay!! and now i'm going to tell you what all i got from everyone. allllright. lauren got me a pretty pink and white ty puppy dog, a wow hits 2005 cd, a cute little book called "bear hugs for your birthday", a lovely card, a little friendship poem thingy and orange sherbet shampoo. yay!! i loved all of it!! then sara got me a collage of pictures taken during my birthday outting with her and clay last night, another framed picture of her and i that was taken last night, a beautifully hand made card by her and clay, then she burnt me a lovely cd that i'm listening to right now as i talk to her online, and she wrote me an awesome note..seperate from my card. yay!! i loved her present too!! then megan also burnt me a cd, got a little stuffed dog, a sweet card, and a framed picture of her and i at homecoming. yay!! thanks meg! i love you!! braden got me a realllly pretty necklace. it is a heart shaped locket. and of course, he is the one that planned the whole surprise party, allll of it!! he's amazing. i love him so much! i honestly couldn't tell you. but yeah. jamie got me a little basket thing with a framed picture of her and i at talent day in it, m&m's, skittles, and lip balm. yay! thanks jamie! i love her! everyone else got me cards and stuff. yay!! i loved my presents very, very much!! after presents lauren and i looked at the pictures on sara's digital camera..including all the ones that sara, clay and i took last night. yay!! she liked them. and then, sara, lauren, megan and i got to talking about prom this year and somehow the fact that lauren likes murphy got brought up. and the first thing out of megan's mouth was "ewwww GROSE!!!" yes, lauren and i both know that megan has dated murphy before and it didn't work out but still. i saw lauren's face when megan said that and i could tell she was embarrassed but was trying her hardest to hide it from sara and megan..and i was just as embarrassed, for her. and to try to hide it she asked megan to tell her what all she didn't like about murphy, so of course megan told her. but i don't know. it kind of upset me the way megan did that. she didn't need to say that. that's why i left shortly after that to go back downstairs. even though everyone else, besides lauren, thought it was because everyone wanted cake. but yeah. lauren and i left and went downstairs and kind of talked about what had just happened. and we were both kind of upset. who knows though. it's all good. we got over it pretty fast. then the candles were lit and they sang happy birthday AGAIN then we ate come. yay!! it was an ice cream cake :-) yum!! lauren and i went over and sat down on a bench thing and baby megan came over and i fed her some :-) then lauren and i talked some, then everyone started coming over to say goodbye and that they were leaving. so eventually it was just lauren braden and i left..with my mom, pam, baby megan, kim and libby. so all of us cleaned up and then lauren, braden and i hungout some. lauren started chasing baby megan and it was cute. megan would laugh everytime lauren got really close, then lauren would catch her and tickle her. it was adorable. lauren is going to be an amazing mother when she gets older. to me, she just has that motherly touch. i don't know. anyways. after a little while my mom took pam, baby megan, kim and libby home. so it was really just lauren, braden and i left at the church. we had fun. just talking and stuff. i love them!! and i think tonight i felt the closest to lauren that i EVER have before. i finally felt different. like i was just able to be her best friend and feel like that was all i needed to be. nothing more. and it felt amazing. because by feeling that way, i was able to open up to her more and just be her best friend. i don't really know how to explain it though. all i can say is i loved it. and tonight was awesome!! about 15 minutes after my mom left, lauren had to go because she had to be home at 9:30. so i walked with her out to her car and she drove me back to the door. i told her to drive safe, thanks for coming and that i loved her present! then she left. i didn't want her to leave. i didn't even know that i was going to see her this weekend, besides maybe at the variety show..so i don't know. i wanted to stay with her. i wanted her to stay with me. my mom pulled up right as lauren was leaving. and her, braden and i got everything in the car and left too. we took braden home and on the way we talked about how awesome the party was. dude, i had so much fun and i told my mom "i can't believe i have friends that care enough about me to do something like this for me. i love them!" and yeah. it's true. tonight was amazing. i couldn't ask for better friends or a better surprise birthday party. my 16th birthday has been absolutely amazing and it would not have been if it weren't for my best friends. god i love them so much! they'll never, EVER know how much i do. lauren, sara, megan and braden mean everything to me. absolutely everything and i wish they understood that. i LOVE them so much!! they do so much for me that i don't deserve. like tonight. and it just shows me how much they care..and reminds me why i love them so much!! they're amazing!! i love you guys!!! thanks for tonight!! i'll never forget it!! wow i love you! forever and always!!
