what to write about tonight... okay.

so this week the gym plan has been a little difficult. it's 3-4 sets, 15-20 reps each of weights and stuff. in between every rep there's cardio! on top of this, i've started training for the half that's coming up in november... pluuus i've started to dedicate wednesdays to crossfit workouts.

no, haven't quite mastered the tire flips but i can definitely do them now :)

so, the last two or three days... week or so, i haven't been eating. tonight for dinner i just ate everything. what's going on?

i miss soccer. a lot. still. :/

on another note, the guy at the gym, in the words of beastia "grrrrr fuuuuut fuuuuut". i've become impatient, next time i see him, i'm going to talk to him. that's it. that's what i'll be doing. i'm so sick of being so passive and shy. it doesn't get me anywhere. fuck it.

my ankle isn't that swollen anymore and my back is better now. my elbows still pop and my knee does as well. i need to go to the chiro. i think my hip is aligned again but i'd like the chiro to make sure lol. my wrist hurts every now and then and my neck gets stiff too. i'm all funky.

i wasn't trying to get a six-pack but they're popping up!! :O the top four show up when i jump rope... peeeeeeeeerty cool. i'm excited lol

yay!

okay, sleep time. tomorrow i got four lovely miles to run. it should be fun :) we'll see what happens.
