Today started out horrible. I woke up just after eight and had missed lab. Luckily they always drop a lab when they total your grade. Anyways, I went to my power classes and they weren't all that great. We got on the topic of Wade Steffey and the rumors surrounding his death in history. People spoke both sides and butted heads. English wasn't much better. Our midterms won't be handed out until Thursday since he has a few more to go. The storm cut loose while in English, but that was pleasant. My sour day started to get better as I walked back to Duhme in the rain. I didn't mind getting soaked or chilled. The rain just calmed my chaotic mind and I was finally not arguing about something in my head. I had a quick lunch and went to chem lecture. I met up with a classmate and he told me that Mahdi Abu-Omar was back for the day. That totally made my day turn up. It was wonderful to be sitting in a chem lecture and actually be learning something. Now I am sitting here preparing to cram for my two exams I have tomorrow. I'm also waiting to hear if I got the breakfast shift for Fridays. I hope so. I enjoy working and it is a good way to start the day, even if it does make them last a long time mentally.
