Disney

Feeling: busy
This weekend is the Purdue Comp and Ohio State Ball is right afterwards. I've got classes wrapping up exams for the holiday, but still there happens to be 3 left for next week. Thanksgiving is going to be a busy weekend. I've never had this size of people before and there's a lot happening this year. We're having a birthday cake for some of my mom's aunts, her uncle, and her mom. We have a 25 lb turkey and 10 lb spiral ham to buy. I'll be cooking starting Wednesday to help get things ready on time Thursday. I also get to help Dad outside with anything needed to be finished on Tuesday when I get down with school. Dad is picking me up from Purdue right after my one morning class that Tuesday morning. I'm trying out tomorrow night to see if I get to go to Disney at the end of the month. Purdue will be dancing with our coaches and Dancing with the Stars in the Disney World Christmas Parade. If I make it, I get to spend almost an entire week down in Disney. It's mainly practicing the routine and preparing for 2 live parades but it's going to be a lot of fun if I do make. True I'll miss some days of school, but I'll make them up easily. I don't have any exams that week so moving my labs around shouldn't be a problem and I can work on my calc homework while I'm down there, let alone studying latin for dendro and ecology. Anyways, let's just keep our fingers cross that I make the cut. Our coach Dan is in charge of this trip and he already has about 25 people selected.

I think I might go and enrol myself in some lessons pretty soon! And good luck with Disney, that sounds absolutely amazing!
