oh man, i am so fuckin stuffed. this thanksgiving was pretty decent, and rather uneventful. it included more extended family than i usually care for, but they weren't that terrible. the food was good, as usual, and now i'm in a fat and tired mood. its pretty great. and i got to see zoe and finally meet her friends from Warren Wilson. but as much as today was uneventful, this week has been just the opposite. so friday night anna and i drove down to kirksville to see ben in a play, that was pretty cool, good play too. we crashed at becka's dorm, and that was fun. saturday, we drove back to st. lou and dropped me off at work. work was ok until............ schmack showed up with girlfriend-johanna. who i thought was in new york permantly. but no. she was here. in my restaurant. with him. well turns out he decided to have his bday party there, and tons of his friends showed, which was kinda cool, because he had invited me, and even though i was working, this way i could sort of be there. but it was still awkward and not fun for me. so after that, i went home and got ready to go to the BIG COMPTON HOUSE BASH. that was a crazzzy time. when i got there, big black jason from last summer was there.....why the hell?? no one knows. also this guy chris that aaron told me had some interest in me at the coffeehouse was there. another randomness. he's friends with that laura chick that andy dated and that apparently....still hates me. anyway, so i'm talking to chris and Jason (nerdy one, not big black one) was realllllly drunk and started to introduce me to chris as "the most amazing girl he's ever met" and proceeded to say how if things had gone right, he'd be with me. (i dated him for a short time). then chris asks, "what about that one girl you were with", to which jason replies "oh yeah.......(long pause) leah. yeah, i'm totally with her....BUT...BUT.. if anything were to not work out, this is the woman i'd want to be with". wow. i didn't really know what to do. as i mentioned in the first entry here, i've had alot of regrets attatched to ending things with jason. so yeah, that was wierd, so i ended up leaving that conversation. also that night, derek tried to hook me and andy up. NEVER will that happen. i swear on all things holy. also i met jerry griffith's son. who is incredably hot, and in my inebriated state, hit on him, but was rejected. ah well. speaking of inebriation. wow. so i drank all the wrong ways saturday night. i was drinking on an empty stomach, i didn't drink any water, adn i consumed a mass amount of whiskey in a very slight amount of time. so i was sooooo drunk. like to the point of being slightly without my wits, and now realizing there are bits about that night which i don't remember. also, i've only been hung over twice in my life, and one of those times was this past weekend, whereupon i ended up with a TWO DAY hangover. anyway, i still really enjoyed the party, got to talk to a bunch of fun people, and generall just had a blast, which was well needed. tuesday in after skool, we had an 80s dance party that was fun. and mr. griner was being insane and hid behind a door with me. (it was hot). my next night of excitement was last night. where i demostrated awesome PIMPSTRESS powers. so i was supposed to have a date with TJ, but my friend dan from north dakota was in town and wanted to hang out, so i postponed the date til later on. so dan is this guy that i followed around at a renne faire til i had the guts to go talk to him, and have been talking to over the net since then. he's hot. hot goth guy. yum. so i brought along elizabeth, so it was us, dan his bro and his bro's girlfriend. in the car, he was being all cuddly, and held my hand, then when we went to play pool, he was being all holdy, and kissing my neck, and then we started kissing alot....and it was awesome. he has a tongue piercing....(drool). after that, i still was supposed to hang out with tj. since eliz hasn't seen him in ages and wanted to, i once again brought her along, so we are sitting at the coffeehouse waiting for him to show up when that guy from the party, Chris shows up. *gulp*. this could be awkward. so i'm talking to him for awhile, being kinda flirty, and finally tj shows up. so me, eliz, tj, aaron, and chris are all sitting in a booth talkin. then eliz leaves, and the way it was set up....i was sooooo super smooth. i was sitting next to tj, and he was holding my hand under table view, and still managing to flirt with chris. oy vey. so tj takes me home, and we kiss a bit, and then i go inside, and get online, and chris is online......and asks me out to dinner. this is soooo silly, and fun. yay for dating. ok, that was a pretty accurate synopsis of the events of this wacky week, so now i think i'm gonna go eat some more pie, and then die of fatness.
