well the past two days ive been at softball pratice!! its intense. kinda nervous about how good im gonna do but i hope i improve. there are two "staions" i guess you could say that we do. on in the old and one in the new gym. in the old gym you bat, bunt, hit off t's, and pratice alot of batting and technique. in the new gym,you do your work out. this is the best. jump ups, steph ups, passing the medcine ball, dumbell stuff, more medcine ball stuff, big red ball crunches, mountain climbers, and this other weird thing and this cool spinning thing you stand on and work out your hips. then you move into the open part and pratice catching and throwing. fun fun. its a work out. but its fun and should be a learning expiernce. im really sore so hopefully it will get me in shape. well im gonna go clean and shower. ill write later. love ya babe
