Listening to: Enya - Watermark
Feeling: thrilled
Today was an alright day, even if I do have a cold.
We changed seats in Geology. We learned that the two back tables are for the people with the four highest grades. I'm thisclose to the tables. Boo.
In Chamber Choir, my voice improved as the class went on. Carl made me feel good at sightreading because he told me that he thinks that sitting next to me has helped him. Dawwww, Carl. I hope he makes All-State. He just might. Oh, and Kalin made the break enjoyable. Hee, Kalin. She thinks I'm funny.
Government...eh. Nothing important.
Georgia made more fruit sculptures at lunch today.
Concert Choir...Mr. Calloway kicked out the bass who I think is causing the pitch problems.
*skims college letter, it is not from any school of choice, tosses aside*
English. Pamela and I split up and I am now doing a study of the Shakespeare play The Merry Wives of Windsor. I don't know what posessed me.
Work...it was a good day. Mrs. Holmes' oldest daughter, Devon, is one of those kids who gets picked on because of her glasses and stuff. I talked to her about that, and Jackie came over and talked to Devon about her problems interacting with the group in other ways, like sharing and stuff. I have a feeling she might be in Jillian's (her little sister) shadow a bit. Jillian IS adorable, though. I can relate to Devon, though. I was that kid. I know what she's going through.
And to end the entry, a little emilyhumor...
