Sarah- This is to you, You are so much better off without your mom. I have heard and seen her abuse you everyday. You have to let her go... she is obviously not doing you any good. Tell them everything . tell them she stabbed matt in the mouth with a pencil tell them she held you down and choked you till your face was white just let it out you have to, it hurts to much to see you like this.
