this picture just reminds me of good times i guess. and busy phones.
so yeah, this weekend has been good i guess, things are a little confusing but its all good.
i want to talk to trent. i want to see him again, even though that would be hard. stupid circumstances always end up this way, with people living far away from each other, or whatever the case may be.
he just seems like a genuinely nice person. and i like that, of course.
and then there are all those guys from work, even though work is a completely different enviroment and i guess its possible to be friends with someone while knowing nothing at all about them.
people chit chat while we work, in between the busy parts, and then after our shifts are over everyone just takes off their aprons and leaves without saying goodbye, they all go back to their own lives.
i guess im just not used to it being like this, but i cant help but hope that ill actually end up friends with some of these people that i work with, a few in particular.
i guess its all just a bunch of lost secrets...
i went nuts at barnes and noble last night. if my mom hadnt told me all i had to pay was 20 dollars, my paycheck for the next two months would have probably been blown.
i got (from smallest books to largest)
*Go Ask Alice
*A Seperate Peace
*Lord of Snow and Shadows (a fantasy book that looks good from the back)
*feed
*A Clockwork Orange
*Strange But True
*Secret Societies: A History
*The Lake of Dead Languages
in addition to Prozac Nation, which i got a few days ago at the mall, that would be around 100 dollars probably. if some of the books hadn't been on sale im sure it would have been more.
ahem.lostsecretsahem.
but i heard clockwork orange is suuuuper good and its on my personal reading list
LoveLaurel
