There are no visible clocks in my ward. I'm waiting for my first session with my doctor, or Psychiatrist. I haven't had a smoke since 5:30 yesterday before being admitted, as I have no privelages and this is a locked ward. They've put me on the patch, alcohol detox meds a sleeping antipsychotic and one anti-depressent. I slept a full night last night, my first full night of sleep in a looooooong time.
