Well, its finally friday. I was up at 4 this morning to get to work early to finish a project that they needed first thing. Tomarrow I'm going in to do a 'stack up.' Where we build surface christmas trees and testing them for engineers and company guys. Gonna be cool stuff, eventhough it dosen't even remotely apply to my final job, after training. I am going to be a subsea controlls service hand. I think that I have like 3 months of training and school before it will all be said and done.....if I really buckle down and get after it. I fully intend to set a new record. I have no intention of training for that long......the rest of the trainees are getting paid hourly, but I'm salary, so it really dosen't matter that I spend 50-70 hours at the shop, I get paid the same.....yeah, this is gonna have to stop, I need to get back out to the rigs, and back to my sanity. And I really want those rig bonuses.....yeah! Anyhow, I took off early this evening (the plus side of being salary) to come down and watch babies sing and put on a program.....it'll be nice to see my girl again. Things have been kinda tough with us lately, but it'll be nice to see her, if only for an hour or so. Afterward my old roomie and I are going to dinner....it'll be really nice to see him, too....he TOTALLY helped me keep my sanity. We also have a bunch of stuff we need to swap out, some of his stuff that I ended up with, and visa versa. Anyhow, I gotta run to the store with mom.....ya'll take care, and God bless!!
