Help?

Feeling: edgy

Anyone here ever bought a house? I need advise and thoughts and all that good stuff. Where to get the loan? What needs inspecting? Can I get it appraised first? I got a couple that I like, but I just don't know enough about howto go about this yet. Help?!?!?! Riggy

As far as loans, I would shop around and find out who has the best rate. Banks, credit unions, even real estate agents can make reccomendations.
And houses are usually appraised before they are put on the market, so you can research and find out if it was appraised recently.
And it should definitely have a good foundation, good roof, good water heater....all the big stuff should be functioning well.
