Gerd came to visit last night. He got in about 8:15-ish, then we headed off to Victoria for supper. We went to Zowarka's Texas Grill & Chilli Parlor. I had the chicken strips and onion rings and a Smirnoff (yes, a "bitch beer"). Gerd had a big greasy hamburger and onion rings and a Shiner Light. It was so good, but greasy. It made Gerd feel a little yucky, I'm sorry! He's been doing so well, eating right, really watchin, and then I took him to get greasy food. It was okay though, he said it was good. I really like that place, I love the atmosphere. I've wanted to take Gerd there since, like, March, so I'm glad we finally had the chance. Then it was off to Cactus Canyon for dancin and drinkin. My friend Kendra was there with some other people, so we hung out with them for awhile, until it got really crowded and we moved to a quieter spot. I love dancing with him. I love just standing around talking to him. I especially love traveling country roads with him ;) It was a great night. I got drunk and didn't even throw up this time! He said I "project" alot more when I've been drinking, lol, and that I say a whole lot more than usual. Anyway, it was fun. He stayed at my house, slept on a pallet on my floor. It was nice waking up seeing him there. This durned SitD is so addicting, we're both so wrapped up in it. Parts of our conversation were about people from here, lol. I hope we're not alone, I hope you're all just as addicted and obsessed! Today we grabbed Sonic for lunch and took it to the gazebo at Brackenridge Park. Gerd played with his camcorder and we took some really cute pictures of each other. He's going to send them to me and eventually I'll put up the cutest ones of both of us. Well, the ones I think are cutest. His favorites are the ones I definitely can't post online!!!! Then we found another country road ;) And then it was back to my house, and then he hit the road. Thank you for coming...to see me!
