i'm pretty sleepy right now so i'll make this short.

it's been a while since i typed up a few words, expressed anythin on here.

i was reading my last entry and wow, i sound pretty damn haughty myself lol

i'll give a brief update:

work is fine, just one colleague that's disturbing the peace, nothing kindness can't resolve ;) kindness and ambition... action. today was good. heh. oh and by the way, i more often than not, get what i want. so by all means, have at it, just let me know when you've finished. i'll be there to pick at the pieces.

so i'm a bof runner, forefoot runner? i run on the balls of my feet. i've read several articles that argue that this is an inefficient distance running technique that ends up tiring up your calves. the mid foot technique, used by chi runners, is a lot easier on the calves and blah blah.

i started out running to learn to not run on my heels. now i need to revert back to my old running and build off of that? i get shin splints when i run with my mid or heel. oh so tired.

we're gym friends now. we work out, text ocassionally. it's nice. he goes a lot more often now lol. i like training with him. i enjoy his company. i feel shy when i'm with him. so tired. need to sleep.

okay. i have a crush on the guy. i'm oay wiith that.
